Tony and Pete started the business at Ole Madrid in the mid-90s. They were fortunate enough to work alongside some of the most influential pioneers of the San Diego nightlife scene today. From there, they both went on to manage and bartend at some of San Diego’s premier bars and nightclubs. They started For Real Bartenders in 2008 with the vision of providing unparalleled service, matched with a wealth of bar industry knowledge.
